march 6, china longyuan power convened the 2015 working conference on the ideological education of the party-building and the anti-corruption construction in order to review the ideological work of party-building of the corporation in 2014, analyze the new situation and tasks of the above works and propose the overall thinking and key tasks of the yearly work. the conference was attended by the leading group of the corporation and conducted by li enyi, the president. huang qun, the secretary of party leadership group, made an important address and he shen, the discipline-team leader, made a work report on the integrity promoting of the party and government.
li enyi emphasized in the summary that the party organizations and party members and cadres of different levels must remain in high conformity with the party central committee and the leading party group of the corporation in terms of ideology and action. everyone must organically integrate the spirit implementations of this conference and the corporation worker’s congress and its work meeting and seriously improve the ideological education of the party-building and the anti-corruption construction from the basic level and vulnerable spots. in this way can we promote our working quality and actual effect, and provide a strong guarantee for the overall implementation of the “1-5-5” strategy of the corporation, the full boost of “” work and the advancing of the corporation management and operation performance to a new level.
with regard to the work in 2015, huang qun put forward 8 requirements: 1. strengthen the sense of duty and put the strict party governance in place; establish a job responsibility system, fully carry out the responsibility assessment of party-building work, implement pilot projects of work reports by some party committee secretaries in party-building work and insist in such an institution. 2. focus on work plan and strengthen the systematic guidance; promote the implementation of the 2015-2017 party-building work plan of the corporation and ensure the realization of the stage objective of 2015; especially go deep into the units where the foundations of party-building work are weak and investigate and provide guidance. 3. reinforce the organizational construction and upgrade the work level; realize the objective that each wind farm has a party branch and each team includes party members; set up a work platform for party-building digitalization and put the system into practice. 4. run the team building and set examples; establish a scientific and effective system for the leaders selection and appointment and intensify the cultivation of the young cadres; perform the “party member lecture” project and build a highly qualified team for party affairs. 5. strengthen the anti-corruption work and make a favorable circumstance; earnestly practice the “two obligations”, strengthen the “3-strict and 3-practical” program and honesty and self-discipline education, make efforts on the “3-important and 1-heavy” decision of the corporation and carry out the system of request for instruction, supervision and inspection, and accountability. 6. guide the enterprise culture and forge the longyuan brand; establish and improve the enterprise culture management and its evaluation method, normalize the use of enterprise culture concept and vi system, conduct a series of practical activities on enterprise culture and vigorously foster and fulfill the socialist core values. 7. integrate the enterprise management and facilitate our central works; center on the key tasks of “double-upgrading” and “6.30”, continuously launch the labor competitions such as “strive in 300 days for objectives” and “double-upgrading in wind farm”, as well as the constructive suggestions collection activities in order to let the party members charge forward and take heavy duties with a high profile. 8. implement the mass line and deepen our service work; constantly consolidate and expand the achievement of educational practice activities, fulfill the action plan of staff caring and stick to serving the staff in a substantial way.
