china longyuan power convened the summary conference of educational practice on the party’s mass line on october 11. zhang shumin, the group leader of the second steering group of the group company, attended the conference together with wang baozhong, the deputy group leader, and the entire leading group of the company. presided by li enyi, the conference started with an important address by zhang shumin and concluded with the summary speech by huang qun.
under the committed supervision of group company’s second steering group, activity office, chairman qiao baoping and the 13th itinerary steering group of the central authority, the educational practice of china longyuan power adhered to the most strict standard and requirement, and has successfully completed the specified activities and achieved the expected goals and remarkable effects in a duration of 7 months. zhang shumin, in his address, highly appreciated the educational practice which has the following traits: 1) with privileged position and reinforced organization, the activities were solidly carried out in order; 2) always seeking truth from the realistic fact of the enterprise, the activities were implemented with clear distinctions; 3) being frank, the activities were brought into the public so as to ensure the most extensive involvement; 4) being sincere, the activities insisted in the spirit of rectification and the serious attitude in criticism; 5) pursuing truth and pragmatism, the rectification was substantially implemented and the activities achieved significant effect.
li enyi put forward three requirements regarding the implementation of the conference spirits: firstly, we must vigorously accomplish the implementation work and ensure that all conference spirits will be carried out in place. each department and unit must learn and practice the important spirits in the speech made by general secretary xi jinping at the summary conference of educational practice convened by the party central committee, as well as the spirits in the speech made by chairman qiao at the summary conference of the second term of educational practice. we must set up the right ideology and put all the requirement and deployment into practice. secondly, we must consolidate our achievement and make further improvement, ensuring the continuous deepening of the educational practice. each unit must constantly consolidate and expand the achievement of educational practice and ensure all the activities were started well and ended well. we shall comprehensively promote every work item by the new effect of the work style construction, and make the idea of mass line become the endogenous motivation of the company’s scientific development. thirdly, we must strive together in order to guarantee the punctual completion of every important targeted tasks. officials of every level must remain a positive and initiative working status and stick to the principles to overcome all difficulties and definitely finalize each of targeted tasks of the company.
huang qun made a comprehensive summing-up to the educational practice on behalf of the party group of the company. he mainly set forth the working contents, achievement, experience and the requirements of mass line implementation and work style construction for next step. huang qun pointed out that by means of these activities, more than 1600 party members and officials had experienced a mental ablution and a political training inside the party, enhancing the self-consciousness and determination of the mass line implementation. the achievement ultimately rooted in our persistence in the combination of knowledge and practice, the dependence on all staff, the first move made by leaders, and the reinforcement of supervision. next, the party organizations of each level and all the party members and officials must strictly observe the overall requirement proposed by the general secretary xi jinping, which said: “the work style construction must be done constantly and meticulously for long run, and sustained efforts will finally succeed.” thus we must accomplish the following five items of work: 1) we shall continue our supervision and inspection centering on the overall summary; 2) we shall continue our rectification and implementation centering on the solid foundation; 3) we shall keep strengthen our consciousness of tenets centering on the people-benefit projects; 4) we shall keep improving our management level centering on creation mechanism; 5) we shall continue the expansion of our achievement centering on the establishment of first-class company.
at the conference, all the participants conducted a democratic appraisal on the mass line educational practice held by the party committee of the company.
the conference was held by using remote video system. the members of the second steering group of the group company, the directors and leaders above at the head office of china longyuan power, leading group members of all units in beijing, and the members of educational practice office and some staff representatives attended the conference at the main venue; the leading group members of other units and all middle-level officials attended the conference at the branch venues.
