on august 10-14, 2014, in order to fulfill the party’s mass line education practice, continuously promote its green care program, carry forward the spirit of labor models, care for and love labor models, china longyuan power organized the first rest and recuperation for the advanced labor models in yichun of heilongjiang province; and approximately 40 people from the 12 units under the company participated in this event. he shen, member of the party group, discipline inspection group leader and chairman of the labor union of the company, visited and expressed his regard to the advanced labor model representatives and had a seminar with them.
he shen pointed out that, letting the staff “work honorably and recuperate gloriously” was an important aspect to respect and safeguard the right and interest of laborers, the care and love of the party group of the company for the advanced labor models, and also the important measure to create the good atmosphere of respecting and caring for advanced labor models. at present when the task to produce, operate and develop was very strenuous, this event had fully reflected the human-based core values of the company. he hoped all could work hard and accumulate more energy, lead and dive more employees toward the way of success with full enthusiasm and high vigor, make more new contributions to the sound and sustainable development of the company.
at the seminar, the participants were eager to speak. the company’s attention to and care for them moved and inspired them much and they said in abundance that they would take this rest and recuperation as “gas station”, they would not let down the care and wish from the company, they would work even harder, be dedicated, play the exemplary role and achieve more in their own positions.
in the period, under the work requirements of “having various recuperations meet the demands of labor models, in line with the actual recuperation situation and reflect industry features” of all china federation of trade unions, this event organized and planned communication discussion, psychological lecture, cultural and sports activity, etc. the representatives relaxed themselves physically and mentally, returned to nature and took sufficient “oxygen” for body and soul. in a few days of getting together, they wandered about unhurriedly, sang happily in the bus, recalled their work in the past, told each other what they had experienced; they knew each other, understood each other and finally became good friends.
