from aug. 6 to aug. 8, china longyuan power held successfully 2014 wind power operation inspection skill competition in yichun, heilongjiang province. chen naizhuo, executive deputy director of the working committee and worker director of the group company and huang qun, secretary of the party leadership group of china longyuan power came personally to give guidance and delivered speeches. he shen, leader of the discipline inspection group and chairman of the labor union of china longyuan power presided over the closing ceremony.
90 players from 22 wind power enterprises and 30 representative teams of the company system took part in the competition. after fierce competition, liaoning longyuan wind power co., ltd. and heilongjiang longyuan wind power co., ltd. won the top rank. zhang enfu and other 15 players won the tile “outstanding technical expert”, and 3 players, namely, zhang enfu, qi yang and xing sidong were recommended as “outstanding technical expert” of the group company.
chen naizhuo fully affirmed this wind power operation skill competition and put forward his ardent hope. he pointed out that the development of new energy was the highlight and characteristics of the group company, and skill competitions with wind power operation inspection competition as the main content should be adhered to continue, and experiences should be constantly summed up. meanwhile, he hoped that the labor union of china longyuan power shall carry out various skill competitions in a steady and in-depth manner, and play a bigger role and make greater contributions in promoting safe production, technological innovation, tapping the potential and improving efficiency and enhancing management; in promoting a vast majority of employees to learn technologies, study businesses and become talents in their posts; and in strengthening and refining the brand of skill competition, creating a first-class team of skilled talents and improving the core competitiveness of china longyuan power.
in his speech, huang qun analyzed the situation faced by the company. he put forward the following specific requirements: first, we should strengthen the construction of a first-class team of skilled talents and improve the core competitiveness. we should firmly establish the thought of wholeheartedly relying on staff to run the enterprise; perfect the system, strengthen the cultivation and selection of skilled talents; create environment atmosphere, formulate incentive measures for skilled talents; strengthen team building and create a growth cradle for skilled talents. second, we should carry out various skill competitions in a constant state to practically serve the enterprise and our staff. we should improve our cognition, make all of our staff to participate in competitions, keep a foothold on production to achieve effects through competitions, combine competitions with cultivations to improve skills and deepen the care for our staff.
adhering to deploitation and innovation, the competition protruded the highlights and characteristics. it was designed to implement the “five articles”, to create “five guodian”, to promote the implementation of strengthening the enterprise with talents and to fully improve the levels of professional theories and practical operation skills of operation and maintenance for wind power unit. to achieve the above aims, it adopted the following measures: 1) establishing a skill competition network online testing system and promoting all staff training, participation and selection based on the actual situation of development; 2) developing into the two models, namely united power 1500kw and goldwind 1500kw on the basis of a model in the past; 3) the examination consisted of theory examination, practical operation and newly-added practical exam questions and answers. in the theory examination, the contents such as new strategies and new concepts of the group were added. in the practical exam questions and answers, knowledge and contents of operation posts and booster station were added. the practical operations included equipment inspection, running operation and fault elimination, so the tests on players were more comprehensive. 4) optimizing the event agenda. during the competition, a technical forum with the theme of “continuing to improve skill levels and maintaining the leading advantage of longyuan” was held. staff representatives from 6 units and players who took part in the competition had in-depth communications. huang qun enthusiastically participated in discussions, and the atmosphere on the spot was very heated. 5) holding the competition with industry and thrift was reflected everywhere. all unnecessary expenditures were cut down, and the entire competition process was pragmatic and efficient.
