in the work report, mr. li pointed out, in the first half year of 2014, under the strong leadership of the party leadership group of the group corporation and board of directors, longyuan power took the strategy of scientific development in the new period as the guidance, paid particular attention to “five articles”, implemented the deployment of each decision of the group corporation, regarded building up the top-ranking international listed company of new energy as the goal, pursued for “four first-rate”, sticked to “eight attentions”, carefully studied and judged situations, actively and effectively coped with the change of market and policy, fully boosted various work and continued to maintain a good development trend. those are mainly embodied in: firstly, manufacturing and operation continue to do well; secondly, the preliminary work is highly effective; thirdly, the engineering construction has been boosted steadily; fourthly, the corporate administration becomes more efficient and standard; fifthly, the ideological and political work of party construction has been strengthened comprehensively.
during the analysis of the current situation, mr. li pointed out that the current situation is basically consistent with the judgment of the annual work conference and china has impregnable and long-term determined to strongly support the development of new energy, such as wind power. china electricity council has predicted 17,000,000kw of the installed grid-connected wind power capacity will be newly added throughout the country in 2014, china plans to reach 100,000,000kw and 200,000,000kw of the accumulated installed wind power capacity in 2015 and 2020 respectively, and wind power will maintain a rapid pace of development. mr. li emphasized, while the state of business continues to do well entirely, the company still faces some new challenges, however, opportunity is more than challenge on the whole, so we should not only strengthen the confidence and determination of transformation development, but also enhance crisis awareness and sense of urgency, grasp opportunities, stand up to challenge and initiate the new situation of the operation and development of the company.
concerning the overall work thought of the next half year, mr. li emphasized to carefully implement the spirit of the mid-year work conference of 2014 of the group corporation, and according to the overall deployment of the strategic system of “one target, five articles, five guodian” of the group corporation, stick to “eight attentions”, pursue for “four first-rate”, deeply carry forward the pioneering work for the third time, strengthen operation management, deepen reform and innovation, highlight to seize power quantity, seize days for construction and resources, enhance the general strengthen, core competitiveness and anti-risk capability of the company comprehensively and accelerate to build up the top-ranking international listed company of new energy.
to ensure all tasks of the whole year to be completed, mr. li required that the following work should be focused on in the next half year: firstly, strengthening the operation of stock assets and enhancing the profitability of the company. to make great efforts to do “two reduction & two increase”, ceaselessly strengthen manufacturing management, financial management and control and capital operation, realize the improvement of operation efficiency with multiple measures simultaneously and enhance the operation level of stock assets comprehensively. secondly, optimizing the development of incremental assets and increasing the development quality of the company. to make great efforts to seize top-quality resources, increase the work depth of preliminary work, strengthen the management and control of construction progress, build up high-quality and excellent projects and realize quality, efficient and sustainable development. thirdly, deepening the reform of system and mechanism and enhancing the administration standard of the company. to innovate the system and mechanism of administration, personnel selection and employment, accelerate to build up the core platform of wind power and further to reinforce the momentum for the development of the company. fourthly, strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization and enhancing soft power of the company. to boost the practical education activity of mass line solidly, strengthen the construction of the party, leaders and cadre teams comprehensively, strive for building up a longyuan power full of happiness and agglomerate mental efforts for corporate development.
in the concluding remark, huang qun pointed out, the work report of mr. li, the president, has a high stance, accurate orientation and solid measures. the report is the action guidance for all the work of the company in the next half year and plays an important impetus for ideological consensus agglomeration and unification of action pace within the company.
mr. huang said, at present, the company has a good overall operation and development situation, and in the future one or two years, longyuan power will become the most large-sized wind power operator in the world and realize large-scale, quality and efficient development. meanwhile, the company still faces some challenges, each department and unit should enhance the sense of urgency and crisis awareness practically, forge ahead, assume their responsibilities, ensure all the targets and tasks of the whole year to be completed and further to promote the pioneering work for the third time and transformation development of the company.
as to how to carry out the meeting spirit and build up the top-ranking international enterprise, mr. huang put forward three requirements: firstly, insist on the priority of strategy and further to optimize the layout structure. at present, due to preferential and stable policies of wind power industry, we are in an uncommon stage of strategic development opportunity. we should make great efforts to seize opportunities, concentrate our strength to accelerate the development of the wind power industry with great advantageous, maintain higher investment strength of wind power and consolidate the long-term strategic advantages. to insist on the precedence of efficiency, stick to the security risk control and continuously promote the quality of development; strength the reservation of resources, accelerate the approval progress, consolidate and enhance the leadership of longyuan power of each province; enlarge work depth in the preliminary period, actively implement the requirement of management and control of the group corporation investment and ensure the project to be launched and implemented as early as possible. secondly, deepen management innovation and further to stimulate endogenous power. innovation is the wheel of corporate progress. to insist on innovation-driven development, ceaselessly enhance the management level to enable limited resources to be optimized and configured to the greatest extent. to innovate benchmarking management and do the utmost for “two reduction & two increase”; innovate delicacy management and ensure production progress and quality; innovate financial management and strive for the reduction of capital cost ; innovate the system and mechanism and release the vigor of corporate development; innovate technological management and exert technological support. thirdly, boost the construction of the party solidly and further to strengthen political security. to insist on focusing on the center, entering into management, serving for the general situation and playing a role, promote the practical education activity to carry out in a deep-going way, strengthen the party construction of the company, corruption combat and integrity upholding and corporate culture construction, and provide political security and intellectual impetus necessary for the sustainable development of the company. to boost the practical education activity solidly and ensure to achieve tangible results; carefully carry out the party construction and the entity responsibility of corruption combat and integrity upholding, and enhance the work level comprehensively; make available advertising and implementation of new strategies of guodian and corporate culture and promote the scientific development of the company.
