on july 17, li enyi, president of china longyuan power and huang qun, secretary of party leadership group of the company as well as zhang yuan, member of the party leadership group and vice-president met with weng yuyao, mayor of putian and his delegation in the company home office. the two parties held friendly talks on speeding up the offshore wind power cooperation, promoting the construction of sea ranch and establishing a long-term mechanism of new energy development and they have reached extensive consensus.
li enyi expressed thanks to municipal party committee and municipal government of putian for their long-term care and support to china longyuan power; he said that china longyuan power will increase investment in capital and technology and spare no effort to boost the project construction; china longyuan power will make fujian nanri island offshore wind power project a world leading one with big influence within 2-3 years. china longyuan power will continue to play the state-owned enterprise’s social responsibility; it will fully integrate into the local society and economic development of putian; under the coordination and leadership of the putian municipal party committee and municipal government, china longyuan power will strengthen the effective connection of offshore wind power and sea ranch to realize the win-win development of the offshore wind power and sea ranch, thus building a new marine economic development model that “prevails on the western side of the taiwan straits”.
weng yuyao said that, putian has established a good cooperative relationship with china longyuan power via the many years’ new energy development. nanri island offshore wind power project is the biggest new energy project of putian and the municipal party committee and municipal government pay high attention to it. relevant feed mechanism for the project has been established and it is the only mayor-connected service project. putian municipal party committee and municipal government make this project a key project in collaboration with state-owned enterprise. putian city plans to make this project a 2015 fujian provincial party committee and provincial government “training” checking project. putian city will provide strongly support for this project, such as auxiliary projects, forest land pre-trial and project approval; a “nanny service” will be offered for this project. weng hopes that, china longyuan power can speed up the construction progress and build nanri island offshore wind power project into a word first class one which has demonstration and representativeness.
