on-line test system for skill competition of longyuan power launched officially

  on may 28, on-line test system for skill competition of longyuan power was put into operation, pushing its work of skill competition to a new level.

 

  in order to expand the coverage of skill competition, improve production laborers’ skill level and create an atmosphere of “promote learning with competitions, cultivate talents by matches, and have all trained to make contributions to the company”, the labor union of the company brought forth new ideas for working methods, developed and constructed the on-line test system for skill competition of longyuan power, through which remote on-line learning and exam for staff liable for production, operation and overhaul will be realized.

 

  the system puts emphasis on learning and training while realizing on-line exam. currently, there are four modules in the system including “on-line exam”, “on-line practice”, “practice test” and “instation message”. for the convenience of learning by operation and overhaul staff, the system adopts cloud model, namely, the staff may do practices at home with internet access. to ensure the practicability of the system, the company established a test bank on wind power operation and overhaul, with nearly 2000 test items of five types, i.e. single choice, multiple choice, gap filling, true or false and essay questions. in addition, test papers on skill competition for wind power operation and overhaul of nationwide test, china guodian corporation and longyuan power in the past several years are also provided. thus, the staff may do practice tests while learning. in the meantime, as administrator permissions are open to all units, they may set questions and hold examinations by utilizing this system on their own.

 

  relevant units and departments of the company gave strong support for the question bank construction and test of the system. next, the company will conduct video training for the administrators of each unit and gradually increase the type and quantity of the question bank, enlarge the size of trainees and expand the competition coverage as needed. meanwhile, in the course of practice, statistics and animation among others will be added so as to enhance employees’ interestingness and initiative of learning.
