in the general assembly, 14 proposals were reviewed and adopted. they include the annual report of the board of directors 2013, the annual report of the board of supervisors 2013, the annual final account report 2013, the annual audited financial statements 2013, the annual budget arrangement report 2014, the annual profit distribution plan 2013, domestic audit and accounting firms and their remunerations 2014, overseas audit and accounting firms and their remunerations 2014 and remuneration program of directors and supervisors in 2014. all the proposals reviewed in this assembly were adopted in the general assembly of the shareholders.
