during may 6 – 8, li enyi, the president of china longyuan power arrived at yunnan branch for survey, inspection and guidance. during the survey, li met with guo wanyu, the president, and cheng yan, the secretary of party leadership group of china guodian corporation yunnan branch.
during the survey in yunnan, li started from the primary first production line. they went deep to zhiguoshan wind farm to know the safety production of the wind farm on site, inquired the production personnel for their difficulties of work and life in details, and encouraged the employees to actively carry out career planning, strengthen own learning, and ceaselessly improve working capacity and service level. after carefully listened to the work report of yunnan branch, li affirmed highly the work efficiency, spirits and work style of cadres and employees of the company. li pointed out that it is really not easy for yunnan branch to achieve the current performance under the fiercer competition. at present, china longyuan power is in the third venture stage, and it will, targeted at “first-class benefit, first-class management, first-class technology and first-class talent”, strive to transfer the development idea, improve development benefits and quality, overall improve management level, and spare no efforts to build the internationally first-class new energy listed enterprise by the end of the “13th five year plan”.
facing the current situation, li proposed four requirements for the future development of yunnan branch: the first is to accelerate development, consolidate and expand the leading advantage, actively explore new mode of cooperative development relying on the favorable conditions, take all measures to seize the resources by combining organically the scale and benefits, and meanwhile strengthen the construction period management, strictly control the schedule, and try every means to accelerate engineering construction and improve the development quality of the incremental assets; the second is to improve the operating level of the stock assets, strengthen production and operation management, target at improving power generation volume, improve concentratedly unit service hours and reduce the equipment failure rate, reduce maintenance cost and generate more power volume by upgrading the control system of the unit and improving the overhaul process level; the third is to improve the management level of the company, further perfect the performance assessment mechanism, implement differential management, gradually establish the management system and mechanism matching with the production and operation, and reach the favorable effect of “everything complies with the index, and everyone concerns the index”; the fourth is to strengthen the extraction of best practices and advanced experiences, emphasize on improving scientific party building level, and cultivate and send more and better first-class talents for china longyuan power to overall build the internationally first-class new energy listed enterprise.
