in the afternoon, li listened to the theme work report of mengdong company on production, operation and development, and highly appreciated the work of mengdong after integration. combining the current status and future development situation, li proposed five requirements for the production and operation of mengdong company: firstly, around the objective of creating international first-class new energy listed company, lead the production, operation and development of mengdong company by strategies, and try to create the objective of “four top level” comprehensively; secondly, make the production and operation of stock assets as the key points of the work, and try to reach the electric energy production; thirdly, pay adequate attention to increment assets, further seize quality resources, ceaselessly summarize the engineering experiences, and make sure the high quality and high efficiency of the increment assets; fourthly, pay adequate attention to capital operation, reduce capital costs, strive for low-interest funds, accelerate fund turnover and realize the object to stop loss; fifthly, realize system and mechanism innovation, further normalize design, complete distribution mechanism, strengthen the training of cadres and employees, and enhance the talent team construction.
on april 17, li and the delegates visited sunjiaying wind farm in rain and snow, and had an informal discussion with the employee representatives of the wind farm to understand the operation situations, employee’s work, living situations, and difficulties of the wind farm in details, and condoled the needy employees on site, and encourage them to proceed with confidence, work hard, face life with optimistic attitude and return the enterprise by practical action, and meanwhile required the company helping them in work and life to make them work comfortably and deem the farm as home.
