recently, the group company publicized the final results of 2013 “civilization kong” and “pace setter”— provincial centralized monitoring center class of longyuan jiangsu company and liu qinghui of hebei company had been awarded the honorable titles of “civilization kong” and “pace setter” respectively.
as the first provincial commissioning monitoring center of china longyuan power, the centralized monitoring center of jiangsu longyuan wind power co., ltd. has realized the operation mode of “no-man on duty and few-man on guard” in all wind farms of the company. currently, the monitoring center has 10 watchers, including 8 women watchers who are undertaking the operation monitoring task of 6 wind farms, 8 booster stations and 507 wind turbines in the province. by virtue of its successful technical innovation, the monitoring center has passed the appraisal of jiangsu economic and information technology commission and is awarded the honorary titles of experimental enterprise and demonstration enterprise for "two-oriented integration" respectively, 2012 second prize of science and technology progress award of the group company as well as the 2013 “validated enterprise technology center of nantong city”. playing a role of command pivot for safety production, this monitoring center has made great contribution for improving the enterprise’s power generation capacity.
liu qinghui is now serving as the assistant chief engineer, the director of human resources and the league secretary of hebei longyuan wind power generation co., ltd.. mrs. liu has engaged in project development work for 6 years, and during this period over 600,000 kw of wind power project has been approved by her, making the roi of capital all exceeding 15%; under her leadership, the league members take heavy tasks and adopt an innovative work style, therefore the title of “may fourth red-banner youth league” of the group company and hebei province respectively won by the youth league committee of company. mrs. liu makes good use of hr policies and contributes a lot for team stability during the integration period, which ensures her to win the titles of “excellent worker” and “excellent party member” of china longyuan power, “excellent league cadre of hebei province” as well as “outstanding youth dream seeker of chengde city” respectively.
