during feb. 18 and 19, china longyuan power held a seminar on the compilation of the handbook for practice integrity risk prevention and control (hereinafter referred to as the handbook). he shen, and discipline inspection group leader attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
in order to deepen china longyuan power’s practice integrity risk prevention and control, establish an anti-corruption construction work system that adapts to the new situation, strengthen power operation restraint and monitoring system, and build a risk prevention and control mechanism with new energy characteristics, the company set up a working group for drafting the handbook in december 2013. with a view to completing the work with high quality and high efficiency, the framework and contents in the manuscripts of the handbook were fully discussed and revised at the meeting before nine key prevention and control fields including human resource management, financial management and bidding management, etc. were determined. risk points for the work of different fields were summarized at the meeting as well. the meeting also established the foothold of the handbook in “integrity”, which proposed the general idea for further improvement and revision. to improve its standardization, unified standards were also proposed for specific issues such as format and name. after the meeting, the working group will focus on accurate summary of risk points and prevention and control measures with respect to the revision of the handbook so as to ensure its comprehensiveness and accuracy.
