in the afternoon of february 26, the labor union of china longyuan power organized and held the staff representative proposal review meeting of the second session of second worker’s congress. he shen, member of the party leadership group of the company, leader of discipline inspection group and chairman of the labor union of the company attended and presided over the meeting, and members of proposal working committee as well as persons in charge of department concerned attended the meeting.
in the meeting, the participants seriously and meticulously discussed and deliberated the 78 proposals one by one from the overall angle of people oriented and full respect of public opinions, put forward opinions on planned files, clarified the leading solution and management department and coordination department of the proposals, laid firm foundation for the solution and management work of proposals in this worker’s conference, and further mobilized the initiative and positivity of staff representatives for participating and discussing the administration of the company. forty six proposals are confirmed to be on file in the meeting, including 42 general suggestions. the company will feed back to the proposers one by one so as not to omit one proposal, and to guarantee each proposal is fed back. the democratic rights of staff shall be fully respected, and the opinions and suggestions from the staff will be one of the sources of company decisions. the company will also post the proposals situations on website to accept the supervision and criticism of all staff.
ten excellent proposals of the year are selected by democratic vote in the meeting. the company will reward the excellent proposals.
