  on jan 16, in order to strengthen the education of party style and clean politics for all levels of leaders and build a strong ideology and morality defense among all of leaders and ordinary staffs continuously, china longyuan power invited li haibin, from the first office of central commission for discipline inspection (ccdi), to carry out a preach activity for all of party members and leaders of the company on the subject of issues related to how leaders keep clean in state-owned enterprises. the leading group of china longyuan power participated in the activity.

  at the time when the third plenary session of the 18th cpc has just come to a close, the cpc central committee is making an important deployment to strengthen the construction of party style and honest administration and carry forward anti-corruption campaigns. this activity plays a positive role to strengthen the honest employment of the company.

  starting from the practical significance of honest employment, mr. li, the head of the general office, clearly explained that as the important safeguard mechanism for the country to improve the great economic strategic plan on the third plenary session of the 18th cpc central commission, honest employment is an important competitive power for state-owned enterprises to maintain and increase values, survive and develop in the complicated market environment, and also is a significant precondition for leaders and employees’ careers. party members and cadres on the meeting deeply realized the importance of honest employment and fully understood the meaning of the saying “to take charge of the construction of party style and honest administration and be responsible for the prevention and control of honest government risk in the same way with safety production”. aiming at the eight aspects and 52 “don’ts” of honest employment criterions for cpc members and leaders and 39 questions for honest employment criterions for leaders in state-owned enterprises, combined with abundant practical experiences, mr. li reminded us if handling the relationship between public and private correctly and insisting on working selflessly for the public interest, everyone can be honest and self-disciplined. finely, li came to a review and summary for the risk of honest employment from four aspects, such as great decisions, personnel administration, project management and fund utilizing. li also made a discussion on multiple patterns to prevent and control risk, such as publicity and education, system control, supervision and inspection, punishment and disposition.

  mr. li particularly emphasized that we have to relentlessly make an effort to deal with typical problems and conduct affairs on their early and small stage. we have to implement the eight regulations issued by the central committee and grasp specific models to promote the realistic transformation of the operating style of the company. li also emphasized that we should insist on political discipline, anti-corruption, working style and personnel management in the inspection tour. he put forward that we should reinforce and attach importance to cooperate with the discipline inspection, fulfill two duties for one post, and that we should strive for an omnibearing discipline inspection and supervision system. all of cpc members, cadres and employees of china longyuan power will take this chance to strictly observe the discipline and enforce spirits of the eight regulations issued by the central committee to have an honest and clean spring festival.
