the investment project, duyun luosike 49.5 mw wind power project is located in southeast guizhou province at high altitude. approved in march 2013, the project has good wind resources and grid connection conditions without power rationing, thus guaranteeing economic benefits. the two sides indicated that they will continue to jointly develop other new energy projects in the locality according to the demands of electricity market, and promote sustainable and healthy development of wind power for the group corporation in guizhou.
at the mid-year working conference and the operation and development symposium of wind power industry, china guodian corporation stated clearly that the corporation should recognize the strategic importance of wind power development from an overall perspective, give full play to the overall advantage of china guodian corporation and the core platform of wind power development of china longyuan power, strengthen and optimize wind power industry and thus maintain the pioneering advantages of wind power. to thoroughly implement the spirit, china longyuan power actively participates in preliminary work and discusses approaches to cooperation for wind power projects of branch and subsidiary companies of china guodian corporation. at the present, by virtue of the professional wind power platform, china longyuan power has successively reached an agreement with shandong branch and guizhou branch of china guodian corporation to jointly develop high-quality wind power projects within the two provinces and thus contributes to realizing the overall interests of wind power of china guodian corporation and promoting professional management level of wind power.
