  to thoroughly implement the company’s first session of the second congress of workers and staff & 2013 working conference spirit and the policy of “comments from the public”, mobilize cadre staff to dedicate themselves to the third undertaking, and accelerate the positive contributions to promote transformation development, the labor union organizes the activity of collecting reasonable suggestions of workers and staff themed by “i will offer good suggestions for the enterprise’s transformation development and the third undertaking”. the activity lasts for nearly four months, and has selected the excellent rational suggestions the other day. though the activity, the company has created a strong atmosphere of seeking development with concerted efforts and promoting the career through unity, which has achieved good results.

  extensive publicity the labor union drew up a work plan for the activity of collecting rational suggestions and issued the notice at the end of june. afterwards, the labor union held two special promotion meetings to remobilize and redeploy the activity, and set up a special column in oa systems so as to timely communicate and feed back information. a series of deployments and arrangements had aroused much attention of the grassroots units and workers and staff. in this way, the activity of collecting rational suggestions became a hot trend throughout the company. the participation rate reached 67% for workers and staff and 96% for leaders.

  earnest organization a few units formed a leadership team for the activity to formulate specific measures, and arranged and implemented such measures through mid-year working conference, monthly meetings and job research, etc. the leadership team also brought the active role of the labor union, all departments and wind power plants in contacting the masses into full play and thus mobilized workers and staff to encourage freedom of speech, think positively and offer suggestions. a total of 2739 rational suggestions were collected from the activity, and 818 of them were reported to the company after preliminary selection by each unit.

  democratic selection the labor union office and each department earnestly selected and discussed the reported rational suggestions one by one in line with responsibility, democracy and openness, and professional evaluation, and also contacted some proposers to revise and improve the relevant suggestions again. some similar sussestions were also combined as necessary. finally, the labor union office sorted out 110 rational suggestions according to the principles of practicability, perspectiveness, pertinence and operability, and organized a total of 198 people, including the directors and above, leading group members of grassroots units, and staff representatives of the first session of the second congress to participate in democratic network voting in personal oa systems during september 23 and 30. this further embodies democratic management and transparency in the selection process. finally, 110 rational suggestions such as suggestions on increasing the depth of preliminary work and strengthening investment risk control, etc. won first prize, second prize, third prize and excellence awards. six departments and units such as eastern inner mongolian branch of china longyuan power, etc. won the outstanding organization awards.

  centering on the company’s reform, development, management, production, operation and party construction, the workers and staff gave many suggestions on china longyuan power’s transformation development, system and mechanism innovation, promoting core competitiveness and consolidating the existing strengths, thus having high reference value. many units also took advantage of the activity to collect rational suggestions of the unit, and ask for public opinions and improvement ,measures concerning the unit’s development, management and people’s livelihood. during the voting, some units also organized to learn the candidate rational suggestions, absorb and draw lessons from the suggestions. thus, the activity has achieved good results. next, the company will build a long-term mechanism to collect rational suggestions of workers and staff and improve the effectiveness of the activity so as to promote the company’s transformation development and the third undertaking as well as the result conversion of such rational suggestions.
