on october 12, china longyuan power held the working conference of stage transformation for management improvement activity to study matters concerning stage transformation and make comprehensive plans for the work in the third stage. li enyi, president of china longyuan power, huang qun, secretary of party leadership group, and the leaders of the company including zhang yuan, li hongmei, fei zhi, jia nansong, he shen and zhang baoquan attended the conference. li enyi and huang qun, leader of management improvement activity leading group made important instructions, and fei zhi, office director of the activity leading group presided over the conference.
the activity leading group first listened to the report of business operation and legal affairs department on the development situation of management improvement activity, job arrangements for stage transformation and the work plan in the third stage. afterwards, leaders of special improvement working groups made special reports on the group’s work development and the key points of the work of the next stage, and also defined the job direction and rectification measures combined with each department’s focus for the next step. members of the activity leading group also made the relevant requests for management improvement activity respectively and gave opinions and suggestions directed towards the problems of the work in their group.
