on october 11, china longyuan power and shandong branch of china guodian corporation officially signed the strategic cooperation agreement and the investment agreement relating to several projects. huang qun, secretary of party leadership group of china longyuan power, ren zifang, president of shandong branch of china guodian corporation, zhang baoquan, member of party leadership group and vice president of china longyuan power, and hu xuedong, vice president of shandong branch of china guodian corporation attended the signing ceremony.
the projects include guodian shandong branch and china longyuan power jinan changqing wind power project, guodian shandong branch and china longyuan power sishui wind power project and guodian shandong branch and china longyuan power linqu jiushan wind power project. the total installed capacity will reach 200 mw. the above projects have good wind resources and access conditions. the yield rate of these projects will be further increased through complementary advantages of the two sides.
in order to bring china longyuan power’s expertise, technical and operational advantages into full play, and fully mobilize and utilize regional resource advantages and management advantages of shandong branch of china guodian corporation and thus realize potent combination, with the support of china guodian corporation, the two sides decided to jointly invest in, develop, build and operate wind power projects within shandong province through efforts. the two sides will continue to develop, build and merge other wind power projects through cooperation according to electricity market demands in the future. this will play a critical role in promoting rapid and sound development of china guodian corporation’s wind power industry in shandong province.
