on october 10, china longyuan power’s second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2013 was held in beijing. chen bin, member of the party leadership group and chief accountant of china guodian corporation, and non-executive director of china longyuan power attended the meeting. li enyi, executive director and president of the company presided over the meeting. the relevant directors, supervisors, executives and shareholder representatives also attended the meeting.
the meeting deliberated on and passed two proposals, namely the proposal concerning china longyuan power’s domestic issuance of corporate bonds and the proposal concerning china longyuan power’s issuance of 20 billion yuan short-term financing bonds.
