during september 10 and 12, li enyi, president of china longyuan power, conducted an investigation in guizhou branch of china longyuan power. during the research, li enyi had a detailed understanding of guizhou branch’s preliminary work, engineering construction and production run, etc., and also exchanged with members of the leadership team and middle management in an extensive way.
after understanding guizhou branch’s production and operation conditions, li enyi indicated that, though guizhou branch was started late, it has achieved good generating capacity, good profit performance and good engineering cost control through rapid development within short time. the approved capacity has also occupied one quarter of the total approved capacity of guizhou province. it is not easy, but the result is exceptionally good.
through the research, li enyi made the following requests for the next work of guizhou branch: first, strengthen communication from three aspects, strengthen the communication and integration with china guodian corporation’s branch (subsidiary) companies in an all-round way, make full use of china guodian corporation’s resource and management advantages and try to gain support and help from every side so as to accelerate enterprise development and further improve china longyuan power’s image and status. second, dare to enhance working standard and accelerate working step so as to speed up development pace, take the opportunity and make more glorious achievements. third, manage stock assets, think more to reinforce technical innovation, fully manage the equipment and improve the availability. fourth, intensify efforts to development and compete for resources, have the thought of being vigilant in danger and try to expand resources at full capacity. fifth, continue to control engineering cost in project construction and ensure project quality and progress at the same time. sixth, think more about the innovation in system and mechanism, build management system into a standard one and further promote the innovation in system and mechanism to provide an innovative and vigorous system and mechanism for the group’s third undertaking. seventh, care for staff’s life, implement more activities and provide more platforms for the staff.
during the investigation, li enyi also had a communication discussion with the relevant leaders of guizhou branch of china guodian corporation and probed further into related issues such as development cooperation, etc. the two sides agreed that strengthening exchange and cooperation will help to exert china longyuan power’s professional management level and the influence of china guodian corporation’s branch (subsidiary) companies in the area and develop local wind power market better and faster and thus realize mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.
