actual wtg operation competition
on august 22, national wind power operation & maintenance skill competition guodian tryout successfully concluded in zhangjiakou city, hebei province. this tryout was undertaken by china longyuan power. executive deputy director of working committee of china guodian corporation, chen naizhuo made important speech, and party group member, disciplinary inspection group leader and labor union chairman he shen from china longyuan power chaired the ceremony.
chen naizhuo said, china guodian corporation attached great importance to developing & selection as well as effective motivation of skilled talents in wind power industry, took this competition as one important means to drive talent developing, establish talent benchmark and examine results of talents. in recent years, the corporation has invested lots of money and power and achieved good effect. he pointed out that the undertaker overcame great difficulties, and the examiner, judges and organizers made efforts. hereon, on behalf of china guodian corporation, i expressed thanks to the giving and efforts of related staff and congratulated on complete success of the competition! chen naizhuo emphasized that competitors this time were all technical elites of wind power operation & maintenance in guodian system and selected ones would participate the national wind power operation & maintenance skill competition on behalf of china guodian corporation. he hoped that they would guard against arrogance, keep trying and play their talents in the competition.
this competition was conducted at qilinshan wind farm of (hebei) longyuan company and included theory test and actual operation. to achieve “publicity, fairness, justice” during the whole process, this competition adopted the following principle: each team selected one judge who circumvented its competitors and strictly followed the competition rules and marking criterion. after confirmation of competition organizing committee, 18 competitors would be selected from 40 competitors to participate in the national wind power operation & maintenance skill competition on behalf of china guodian corporation. 12 competitors from china longyuan power were selected, which fully embodied the leading role of china longyuan power in wind power operation & maintenance.
as the undertaker, china longyuan power highly values the competition. it sets up leading group, which held a site coordination meeting each week to discuss the preparation work and deploy related tasks. on august 13, he shen and staff from organizing committee and judge group went to qilinshan wind farm of (hebei) longyuan company and worked on the spot. they carried out comprehensive & careful check and patient guidance for the selected united power unit and competition service process to effectively ensure the operation of the competition. in the period, he shen and all competitors from china longyuan power made discussion friendly; he listened to their preparation and training status, encouraged the competitors to have dream, proceed with confidence, pursue excellence and dare to exceed. also, he asked the competitors to adjust their own status, realize their dream, win honor for china longyuan power and china guodian corporation.
