to further help leading cadres of its head quarter and subsidiaries learn and observe relevant laws and rules as well as correctly carry out their duties, china longyuan power invited li suwei, procurator of the people’s procuratorate of fujian province, to give a seminar with the subject of “working honestly, paying attention to prevention of and resistance against job-related crimes consciously” to all leading cadres and middle management of the group on july 2. the seminar was conducted by means of the video conference, in which a total of 466 persons, including members of the leading body of the group, middle-level cadres at the head quarter as well as members of the leading body and middle-level cadres of its subsidiaries, had participated.
the seminar gave a comprehensive and systematic explanation of how to prevent job-related crimes, with the release of the so-called “eight regulations of the party central committee” which were tailored for leading cadres to improve working style and maintain close ties with the masses, etc. as the background, the basic concept of prevention of job-related crimes as the guideline, and “why is it necessary to prevent them?” “what to prevent?” and “how to prevent?” as the main line. through analyzing the reasons, endangerment, consequences of some typical cases occurring in some state-owned enterprises, the seminar stressed the major concept of prevention in the fight against job-related crimes, and that the staff members of state-owned enterprises shall learn relevant laws and rules. adhering to the code of conduct that leading cadres shall understand laws and rules and observe them, as well as understand the reasons thereof and behave themselves, the seminar pointed out that a comprehensive job-related crimes prevention system shall be established from the angle of the state, society, unit, family and individual. in addition, it had provided constructive suggestions and guides for the group in the construction of the party conduct and the clean government, as well as the establishment and improvement of the job-related crimes prevention mechanism.
