at the meeting, the labor union committee explained in detail about the recruitment of co-opted members, discussed and deliberated six systems including the china longyuan power group corporation employee skill competition management approach and china longyuan power group corporation staff representative inspection system, and made a deployment of the priorities in the second half of this year.
huang qun pointed out that under the new situation, the labor union is confronted with arduous tasks and heavy responsibilities. efforts must be made to effectively “change the ideas, deepen the understanding and promote the reform and innovation” and, at the same time, hard work should be done to firmly follow the mainstream of serving the central task and serving the workers and masses, and give full play to the positive role of the labor union in guiding employees to contribute to the company, realize their personal development and strengthen the links between each other. now, the staff members in the new energy enterprises had some difficulties in production and living. the company should take their problems seriously and try every means to help them out.
he shen stressed that there were four points the labor union work needed to pay attention to: first, make the targets clear. starting with the concerns of workers, efforts should be made to bring them tangible benefits and serve them heart and soul; second, identify the entry point. hard work should be done to deal with the things, both big and small, to increase the soft power and create positive energy; third, grasp the acting point. based on the realities, efforts should be made to enhance the happiness index of the employees; and fourth, highlight the shining points. the labor union should display the innovations it has made in work through the internet and other means of information.
