on june 17-20, china longyuan power held the gamesa operation and overhaul training class in faku county of liaoning province. a total of 29 grassroots technical backbone hailing from eight wind power plants under china longyuan power participated in the event.
to further improve the skills of the workers at the wind power stations and make the training course more effective, in accordance with the 2013 annual training programs, the human resource department and safety production department of china longyuan power joined hands in organizing the gamesa operation and overhaul seminar. specific contents include: the wind turbine gearboxes, spindles, hydraulic systems, generators, electrical systems, generator assembly, control system and the variable frequency system. related technical experts and internal trainers of this company answered the questions raised by the participants.
during the four days of training, the trainees made in-depth discussion and analysis of nearly 70 practical problems and exchanged work experiences. moreover, the seminar also introduced four efficient practical tools, presented operation instructions for 11 difficult problems and high-incidence defects, and put forth four technical reform tasks and 11 new methods for preventing damage to vulnerable parts. this seminar yielded many positive results and achieved the projected objectives, widely praised by the participants.
