2013 china longyuan power wind power operation& overhaul skills competition was held in lai’an, anhui province, from june 17 to 19. sixty players from 20 working units inside the system had participated in the event. he shen, member of party leadership group, leader of discipline inspection group and chairman of the labor union, attended the closing ceremony and delivered a speech.
this competition had learned from the experiences accumulated from the competitions held in recent years, and adopted the sample examination for the first time, involving 587 personnel working in the operation & overhaulin wind power production. the competition consisted of two links-theory examination and practical operation. this year corresponding adjustment was made to the contents and scope of the theory test, covering wider topics and more knowledge. upon the strict review, the judging panel of the competition presented the results as follows: anhui company won the first prize for groups; yunnan company and inner mongolian company won the second prizes for groups; and tianjin company, jilin company and gansu company won the third prizes for groups. cai shaolei, mu jie, wang qing, jia yingchao, liu shi, yuan shuai, guo zhengjian, chen letian, zhu zhe, ju fangxu and wang yanjiang won the top ten (the last two shared the tenth place). meanwhile, they were conferred the honorary title of “excellent technical experts”.
at the closing ceremony, he shen extended his congratulations to the award-winning collectives and individuals, pointing out that all working units shall comprehensively improve the quality of their staff, constantly increase the dynamics of technical talent training, and enable more talents of wind power to stand out through the competition; they shall reinforce the training of talents of wind power, pay attention to the nurturing of their capability of solving practical problems and innovation, positively explore and establish the mode of technical talent training, care for the work and life of them, and construct a harmonious working environment for them; they shall enthusiastically promote the establishment of the classes and groups featuring the style of study, innovation, management, safety, efficiency and harmony, and strengthen their quality of management, technology and culture. at the meeting, the arrangement and deployment of work were conducted to prepare for the coming skill qualification trials of china guodian corporation as well as the skills competition of the national wind power industry.
through the competition, all working units had created an excellent atmosphere for study featuring “encourage study through competition, train talents through competition, train all staff and encourage everybody to render meritorious service,” effectively promoting the training involving all workers and staff. during the event, a technical forum for staff with the subject of “guarantee safety, increase power production, improve skills and promote the development” was conducted, realizing the target of learning together and making progress commonly through the exchange and interaction between experts and students in the face-to-face manner.
