on june 19, the npc standing committee inspection team aiming at the implementation of the renewable energy law led by vice chairman of the npc standing committee zhang ping paid an inspection visit to the bayin wind power station of longyuan baotou, which is a 200,000 kw national chartered project. the inspection team included relevant officials of the inner mongolia autonomous region npc, government and related government departments, and relevant officials of the national energy administration, accompanied by gao song, member of the party leadership group and vice president of china guodian corporation, and li enyi, president and deputy secretary of the party leadership group of china longyuan power during inspection.
at the symposium, zhang ping learnt in detail about the construction and development of new energy enterprises under china guodian corporation and china longyuan power, implementation of the renewable energy law, existing problems and suggestions. then, the inspection team came to the main control room and asked in detail about the equipment operation, overhaul and personnel allocation in the wind power station of the 200,000 kw chartered project. moreover, through the safety production monitoring system independently created by china longyuan power, they watched the real-time operation of the chartered project. zhang ping expressed deep concern over the problems and suggestions that china guodian corporation and china longyuan power encountered and offered when developing the new energy resources.
during the inspection in inner mongolia autonomous region, the team respectively convened meetings in hohhot and baotou to listen to the work reports of relevant companies and communicate with them. president of china longyuan power inner mongolia branch was invited to attend the meetings.
