china longyuan power and tsinghua university jointly held an international engineering project management training class from june 13 to 16. a total of 26 students from the headquarters of the company and some of its subsidiaries which are based in beijing attended the training.
to accelerate the “going out” strategy of china longyuan power and increase the storage of talents relevant to overseas business and in accordance with the company’s 2013 training plan, the company entrusted tsinghua university to provide the relevant training courses of international engineering project management. the training contents included epc contract management and risk prevention, international engineering rule of law and risk prevention, international engineering epc general contracting model and case study, international engineering finance model and bot/ppp project operation, etc. a lot of international engineering experts included some members from expert committees of chinca (china international contractors association), vice-president of an international engineering company and a partner of a law firm that was stationed abroad helped the students solve problems, passed on their valuable experiences and introduced their lessons.
to enhance the training quality, the company had conducted a detailed survey on the training demand. china longyuan power canadian branch had summarized the business problems it had met during work, and all the students had initiatively exchanged and interacted with the teachers. they all expressed that the training had reached its expected target.
