on may 26, china longyuan power made a new record in daily wind power generation – 100.76 million kwh, a milestone achievement in enhancing production management and boosting power generation.
since inception of the second quarter, guided by the philosophy of “profitability first” and focusing on its annual power generation target, china longyuan power has been taking pragmatic actions to increase power generation. firstly, benchmarking process is further highlighted by expanding benchmarking scope, more indicator analysis, and strengthening the weakness identified during benchmarking. and more efforts were poured to minimize the losses suffering from wind power ban and to improve wind power operation as well. secondly, power generation facilities are better managed and maintained through closer monitoring of equipment operation in wind farm, operation & control center’s 24-hour on-duty system, quicker response to equipment failure, and well-scheduled deficiency elimination of key equipment. thirdly, wind turbine generator performances were further enhanced resorting to series of optimizing solutions, such as power control algorithm. fourthly, china longyuan power on a continual basis upgraded its corporate management system. relying upon its campaign of “growing into a star-rated enterprise”, the corporate management system and procedures were continuously standardized, aiming to increase wind power generation.
