to create a good atmosphere and lay a solid foundation for the launching of the educational practice activity which features a correct mass line, review the revolutionary history and feel the spirit of struggle against any difficulties, the party committee of china longyuan power in the head quarter in beijing organized two batches of party members and cadres to visit yan’an from 14th to 17th on may, the famed old revolutionary base area, aiming to launch the educational activities with the subject of “carrying forward the revolutionary tradition, improving the working style and maintaining close ties with the masses.”
a simple itinerary was intentionally organized for this activity, wherein the leaders and party members of the company travelled just by the train which started at night and arrived in the morning, and all the board and lodging were solved at the party school of yan’an city, with the purpose of enabling every participant to personally experience the yan’an spirit which features struggling during hardship and difficulties. the teaching method was prepared in rich content and a flexible style, not only inviting experts to give lectures, but offering at-the-site lessons and educational activities, striving to let everyone fully learn about and feel the yan’an spirit. during the activity, the company also arranged the episodes of presenting flower baskets to the people’s heroes and requesting the party members to review the sworn statement of joining the party, further deepening the party members and cadres’ understanding about the party spirit.
