on april 12, china longyuan power convened a cadre meeting, which qiao baoping, secretary of party leadership group and vice president of china guodian corporation, xie changjun, member of the party leadership group and vice president, and xu xingzhou, director of human resource department of china guodian corporation, attended. xu xingzhou presided over the meeting, and declared the decision to adjust the leadership group of china longyuan power: li enyi assumes executive director, president and vice secretary of party leadership group of china longyuan power, and xie changjun will no longer hold the posts of president and vice secretary of party leadership group of china longyuan power. li enyi, the new president of china longyuan power, huang qun, secretary and vice president of china longyuan power, and other leaders of the group zhang yuan, li hongmei, fei zhi, jia nansong, he shen, zhang baoquan attended the meeting.
in his address, qiao baoping pointed out that, china longyuan power should thoroughly implement the spirits of china guodian corporation annual conference by grasping centers, stressing keys, innovating ideas, and exploring courageously to assure new breakthroughs on basis of previous work. first, grasping real content, combining actual conditions, and implementing the spirit of the 18th cpc national congress. china longyuan power should firmly adhere to the primary task of development, and make great efforts to transform the enterprise by developing new energy, to inspire vitality by persisting in reform, to drive development by innovations, to enhance scientific party construction in all aspects by reform and innovation spirits. second, increasing sustainable development capacity by changing the development model and optimizing the layout. china longyuan power should continuously optimize wind power industrial structure, control development and construction rhythm in regions where abandoned wind power turbines and power brownout are very serious, accelerate wind power development on seas, steadily develop pv projects, and continue implementing the “go global” strategy. third, enhancing management capacity, exploring potentials and improving sustainable profitability of the enterprise. china longyuan power should further stress the principle of efficiency priority, elevate management, and improve development quality and effects on all sides. fourth, inspiring enthusiasm, strengthening solidification, and establishing positive image of the leadership group. china longyuan power should take every effort to construct a leading team that would be strict, efficient, practical and harmonious, and further enhance professional integrity. fifth, respecting employees, concentrating strength, and building a harmonious enterprise. china longyuan power should faithfully implement the guideline of “developing enterprise by wholeheartedly relying on employees”, further promote “people benefit project”, promote talent team construction, stress democratic management, and build harmonious labor relations.
xie changjun recalled the 20-year journey of china longyuan power, praised the excellent quality of leadership team, and expressed his sincerely expectations to the new leadership group. xie changjun said, china longyuan power started by power technology transformation and thermal power investment. after extremely hard entrepreneurship and innovative development, it rapidly won a solid position in the power industry, and laid solid foundation for future prosperous development. since the year of 2000, with its far sight and extraordinary courage, china longyuan power began engaging in new energy, and became the first enterprise for new energy development. under the guidance of china guodian corporation’s strategy of “instructing enterprise transformation by vigorously developing new energy”, it took the lead in chinese wind power industry for years. xie changjun also said that, the leadership team of longyuan power is unitive and cooperative, farsighted, firm and determined in decision making, the real guide for the company to advance along the right path. the middle-level cadres are strong in sense of mission, sense of responsibility and capacity of execution, the real backbone for the company to implement professional management. the grass-roots employees are hard-working, perseverant; the real corner stone for the company to achieve leapfrog development. china longyuan power’s spirit deserves praise and promotion. xie changjun also represented the previous leadership team to wish that, under the leadership of the new management, china longyuan power would stand on its new historical starting point, continue its spirit of hardworking, practicality, and innovativeness, thoroughly implement decisions of the party leadership group of china guodian corporation, accelerate enterprise transformation, scale new heights and create new achievements during the third entrepreneurship of china longyuan power.

on behalf of cadres and workers of china longyuan power, huang qun expressed firm support to the decision made by the party leadership group of china guodian corporation. he said, in the past 12 years when xie changjun acted as the president of china longyuan power, the total assets of the company increased by 85 times, net assets by 35 times, total profits by 90 times, creating exceptional glory in chinese new energy development cause. it concluded the precious experience of “strategy guidance, base consolidation, process control and professional management”, and created the longyuan spirits of “professional concentration, bold innovation”. huang qun hoped that all members of the company would try their best as usual to fulfill their duties, integrate their ideas and actions with decision and arrangement of the party leadership group of china guodian corporation. by adhering to persistent exploration, solid work, universal unification, we would take consistent efforts to drive forward all tasks of china longyuan power, and make new and greater contributions to the vision of guodian group “instructing enterprise transformation by vigorously developing new energy, building first-class comprehensive power group”.
