huang qun stressed that given the complex internal and external environment, the labor unions at various levels should consciously take the overall situation of the corporation into account when doing with the labor union work, give full play to their own advantages, and make due contributions to quickening the pace of building the corporation into a world-class new energy listed one and comprehensively launching the campaign to venture into new businesses for the third time.
he shen delivered a work report with the title of implementing five projects, realizing five betters and contributing to the third round of entrepreneurial activity in this corporation. in the report, he summarized the work the labor union did in 2012, and planned and arranged the work in 2013. he pointed out that, in 2012, focusing on the central task, the labor union earnestly fulfilled its functions and carried out the policy of “four perfectings and four upgradings”, namely, perfecting the construction of workers’ congress to upgrade the democratic management level; perfecting skill competitions to improve the capability of serving the overall situation; improving the workers’ environmental-friendly awareness and encouraging them to show love to others so as to build a harmonious enterprise; and perfecting the self-construction of the trade union to improve its work level. in this way, the labor union successfully accomplished the work in 2012 and played a positive role in promoting scientific development and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interest of the employees.
the meeting clarified the general idea of the labor union work in 2013 and put forward the new tasks of “implementing five projects and accomplishing five betters”, i.e. implementing the democratic management project to better safeguard workers’ legitimate rights and interests; implementing the project of making innovations and improving efficiency to better facilitate the scientific development; implementing the project of improving the workers’ quality to promote their growth; implementing the project of benefiting and caring the employees to better build a harmonious enterprise; and implementing the self-construction project to give full play to the labor union.
