on february 28, china longyuan power convened the conference for party building, ideological and political work for 2013, which is also a meeting for combating corruption and encouraging integrity. the major leading figures of the company attended the meeting, including xie changjun, vice-president of china guodian corporation, member of its leading party group, president of china longyuan power and vice-secretary of its party group, huang qun, secretary of the party group of china longyuan power, zhang yuan, li hongmei, fei zhi, jia nansong, he shen, and zhang baoquan. the meeting was hosted by xie changjun.
huang qun delivered a speech with the title of try to be part of the center and unite together to provide impetus and guarantee for the third start-up in an all round way. in the speech, mr. huang summarized the efforts the group company made in the past year in party building, ideological and political work and anti-corruption construction, analyzed the situation the company is confronted right now and demanded all the staff to have a stronger sense of responsibility and urgency in doing a good job.

in the discipline inspection and supervision work report delivered by he shen, he summed up what the company had done in anti-corruption in the past year and made specific arrangements of the major work and tasks in 2013: first, make the political discipline even stricter and work hard to improving the work style; second, lay emphasis on experience summarization for further improvement and facilitate the construction of punishment and prevention system; third, make positive efforts in innovation and enhance the effectiveness of education; fourth, highlight the key positions and intensify risk prevention and control; fifth, boost supervision and inspection around the central work; and sixth, strengthen self-construction on the basis of capability building.
during the meeting, the liaoning branch, hebei branch and jiangsu branch took the floor respectively for exchange of experiences, which was fully affirmed by xie changjun. meanwhile, mr. xie also called for all the subsidiaries under the group company to actively learn from them and continuously improve the scientific level of the party construction in the company.
