on jan. 28, china longyuan power held the videophone conference on the 20th anniversary of its foundation. zhu yongpeng, president of china guodian corporation, attended the conference and delivered an important speech. xie changjun, president assistant of china guodian corporation and president of china longyuan power, huang qun, secretary of the party leadership group of china longyuan power, and other company leaders including zhang yuan, li hongmei, fei zhi, jia nansong, he shen and zhang baoquan attended the conference which was presided over by huang qun.
while affectionately recalling the hard course of the company’s development, zhu yongpeng fully recognized its achievements and put forward his new requirement and expectation for the company. he pointed out that in this energy transformation whose main stream is the revolution of new energy, the company has always been the pioneer, ranking first in several aspects and becoming the leading company of the whole industry. as a result, it has promoted the strategic transformation of china guodian corporation, making great contribution to the growth of the corporation’s profitability level and the reinforcement of its comprehensive power. it has played an irreplaceable role in the development of the corporation as well as provided much useful experience for the development of chinese wind power.
mr. zhu also emphasized that the hard-won achievements of the company are due to the corporate spirit that has been formed in its long course of development. longyuan’s spirit consists of: a good tradition of hard work, market sense of continuous innovation, enterprise idea of loyalty and faithfulness, efficient and rigorous works style, untied and harmonious work atmosphere, and pursuit of being excellence. this spirit has enabled the company to make continuous progress and it has been inherited and carried forward.
mr. zhu hoped that the staff of the company could change their beautiful expectation and firm belief into the scientific aim of running the business. the company should make plans in advance and arrange business carefully. it should start to work quickly so as to make more contribution to the corporation as well as the great development of chinese new energy industry.
recalling 20 years’ history of the company, xie changjun summarized its experience of success and proposed its future development plan. he pointed out that the road that has been taken by the company is a supernormal road of rapid development, an innovative development road representing a new turn of technical revolution, hard reform road of continuous pursuing the rule of new energy development, and a steady operation road of maintaining and increasing the value of state-owned assets. reviewing this special road, we can realize more deeply that the undertaking of new energy meets the requirement of the scientific outlook of development, fits with the need of the adjustment of energy structure, fosters new economic growth points, becomes the common choice of all countries as well as has a bright prospect.
mr. xie said that the company has stood at the new starting point of history and started its third march of starting business. in the future, under the leadership of china guodian corporation, china longyuan power will speed up its transformation, reinforce its internal control, and fully improve its profitability, risk control and the ability of sustainable development in order to build a world-class listed company of new energy.
at the conference, the leaders presented award to the company’s “ten management talents”, “ten technical talents” and “ten skilled talents”. zhang yuan announced the award decision of the company’s party leadership group. to show the company’s recognition of the contribution made by the staff in the past 20 years, tao jianhua and other 9 staff were presented with the title of “ten management talents”; yang xiaosheng and other 9 staff were awarded with the title of “ten technical talents”; wang jianguo and other 9 staff were given the title of “ten skilled talents.
after the conference, zhu yongpeng visited the exhibition on the achievements of the company in the past 20 years and the exhibition of the staff’s painting and calligraphy which was highly recognized by him.
all the cadres and staff of the company’s headquarter attended the conference in the main venue while some cadres and staff of the units under the company attended it in parallel sessions.
