from 27th to 29th of november, china guodian corporation held its 2012 contest of the comprehensive management knowledge of group leaders in wuhan. china longyuan power sent four excellent group leaders. they had made a great performance in the contest. based on their solid theoretical basis and brave spirit, they all entered the final match.
29 subsidiaries (branches) of china guodian corporation had participated in the fierce contest. the contest consists of three stages including elimination contest, preliminary quiz contest and final quiz contest. the content covers basic knowledge of group construction, rules and regulations, case study, and speech and defense. it stresses group leader’s knowledge accumulation, management level and ability to deal with actual problems as well as his/her contemplation on group construction.
the four contestants from china longyuan power were excellent group leaders selected from the company’s power enterprises at root level. in the preparation, they were very careful and diligent. in the contest, they were brave to be no. 1. with their good psychological quality and comprehensive ability, luo jianxin from liaoning longyuan wind power co., ltd. and li jinhua from jiangsu longyuan wind power co., ltd. had been awarded with the second prize and their total scores ranked the fourth and the fifth respectively. they were presented with the title of “dab hand of the central enterprises” and “guodian’s second class medal”. in addition, they were authorized to be “168” excellent professional talent of china guodian corporation in the next term. sheng jiandong from zhejiang longyuan wind power co., ltd and zhou you from heilongjiang longyuan wind power co., ltd. had been awarded with the third prize and their total scores ranked the sixth and the eighth respectively. apart from that, they were presented with the title of “guodian's excellent professional talent”. finally china longyuan power was awarded with the prize of "excellent organizer" because of its excellent team performance.
