on november 7-12, china longyuan power successfully held the second workshop for senior managers in 2012 in beijing, and basically realized the objective of “to renew idea, improve ability and strengthen responsibility”. a total of 43 senior managers from its headquarters and subsidiaries participated in this training.
huang qun, secretary of the cpc party committee under china longyuan power, attended the graduation ceremony and held discussions with the participants. he talked about his own ideas and suggestions over the corporation’s development, responsibilities and tasks and, at the same time, based on the domestic market and the corporation’s plan for continuing to start new businesses, he stated some expectations and requirements to the present members.
learning by experience in content design, this workshop not only employed the social training institution to offer conventional courses, but also specially arranged some in-house training courses. the lectures given by those professors include innovative thinking, management philosophy, macro-economic analysis, performance management, finance management and the improvement of executive ability. given the current hot spots, the workshop also invited professors from the party school of the cpc central committee to help the members have a better understanding of the spirit of the 18th cpc national congress. the in-house training courses focus on the issues like the cadre system, how to work with clean hands and the development of wind power technology. during the meeting, the participants also conducted extensive communications over some relevant issues.
according to the investigation, the members said that although they were busy towards the end of the year, it was necessary for them to spare some time to participate in this kind of training. this focused learning helped them strengthen their political accomplishment, broaden their mind and nourished their thoughts. meanwhile, it also enriched their knowledge and helped them better understand some problems existing in their work. they all showed that they were so honorable to take part in this training and grateful to the cpc party committee of china longyuan power for its great concern. they expressed that they would work hard to apply theory to practice, actively promote management innovation, effectively improve management benefit and turn knowledge into productivity in order to build the corporation into a world-leading new energy public company.
