on october 30, jilin dongfeng national of china longyuan power was formally started in dongfeng low-carbon industrial park and national energy administration sent congratulatory letter on smooth beginning of the project. president and deputy secretary of party leadership group from china longyuan power xie changjun attended the groundbreaking ceremony and cut the ribbon for the project construction; deputy secretary general of jilin government zhang baotian, leaders from related provincial departments (enterprises) of jilin province, party and government leaders of liaoyuan city were all present.
this project is the first “wind/gas” demonstration project for both the whole nation and china longyuan power; it sets the new domestic pattern of “wind/gas power generation” with the complementary principle. it makes full use of the sound adjustment performance of industrial gas power generation to provide peaking service; thus, it realizes the steady output of entire electric power, which is of great importance to improving wind/power integration performance, perfecting clean energy proportion and realizing energy saving and emission reduction of the enterprise.
