on october 29, president of china longyuan power xie changjun called on governor of jilin province wang rulin and his group in changchun, jilin province, and they carried out deep communication about new energy development of jilin province. vice president of china longyuan power zhang yuan, secretary-general of jilin government li fuchun and vice secretary-general zhang baotian were present.
xie changjun first introduced the basic conditions of china longyuan power, wind power development in jilin and current problems & difficulty to wang rulin. xie changjun said that jilin had rich wind resource and met with the requirement on large-scale development, while inadequate wind power delivery capacity restricted the strong development trend of local wind power. xie changjun hoped that china longyuan power could continue deep cooperation and deal with current difficulty together with jilin government and strive to make new contributions to new energy development and low-carbon economy development of jilin province.
wang rulin showed thanks to china longyuan power for its great support. wang rulin said, as the new energy investment platform of china guodian corporation, china longyuan power had rich new energy development strength and extensive social influence, and had made great contributions to the economic development of jilin province. jilin province is one of the ten-million kw wind power bases planned by the nation and it has big wind power development potential. wang rulin expressed that during the “12th five-year” plan period, jilin province would continue to support wind power development; the government would adopt comprehensive measures to solve the wind power delivery problems and create sound conditions for new energy development of china longyuan power in jilin province.
