on 26-27th october, a transition development symposium was held in china longyuan power group co., ltd. xie changjun, the president and vice-secretary of the party group of china longyuan, and huang qun, the secretary of the party group and the vice-president of china longyuan attended the meeting and delivered important speeches. tao jianhua, the general manager and the secretary of the party committee of jiangyin sulong company as well as the leaders of china longyuan, including zhang yuan, li hongmei, fei zhi, jia nansong, he shen and zhang baoquan also attended the meeting and delivered speeches.
on the meeting, the related departments of the segment respectively made the report on the guidance opinion on the transition development, the report of the preparation of the approved plans before, the report of the preparation of the production plans in 2013, the report of the implementation of the budget in 2012, and the report of the analysis of the economic activities in the 3rd quarter of 2012. the affiliated units made reports regarding to the development strategies, working thoughts and efforts to ensure the achievement of the objectives on the meeting. in his summary speech, xie changjun reviewed the development history of the company, analyzed the current situation and issues of the company in depth, and proposed the thoughts and major measures for promoting the transition development of the company.
xie changjun pointed out that the experience of china longyuan in the past ten years in exploring new energy has deepened the concept that the new energy undertaking could comply with the requirements of the scientific outlook on development, fulfill the needs of energy structure adjustment, and lead to new economic growth points. the field of new energies will become a common hotspot among different countries throughout the world and has a promising future. the company has also accumulated many precious experiences and inspirations: first of all, the correct development strategy shall be established to make the development the top priority, which is the foundation of the rapid development of china longyuan; secondly, the basic precondition of the rapid development of the company is to put the scientific planning first and lay a good foundation for the prior works; thirdly, the important base of the stable operation of china longyuan is to strengthen the overall process control and ensure the safety and quality; and finally, the core guarantee of the health and sustainable development of china longyuan is to conduct the professionalized management and improve the technical skills.
in xie changjun’s opinion, after the global financial crisis, great changes have occurred in terms of external environment and internal conditions for the development of the new energies. xie changjun pointed out that the strategic direction of the transition development of china longyuan in period of the 12th five-year plan is to transfer the focus of the development from scale and quality to benefits by taking the 3rd overall pioneering work of the company as the starting point, using the improvement of development quality and the promotion of management level as the tools, and producing benefits from production, management and innovations, so as to develop china longyuan into a leading listed new energy company. xie changjun requested to promote the transition development of the enterprise through six measures: 1. strengthen the strategic management; 2. strengthen the investment control and management; 3. strengthen the management over production and operation; 4. strengthen the risk control; 5. strengthen the construction of the soft competitiveness of the enterprise; and 6. explore new industrial fields.
huang qun pointed out that since 2012, in front of many old and new difficulties such as the severer contradiction of the wind power integration, the development plan management conducted by the national government and the fierce early stage competition, the company has made the best achievement in terms of the early approved works and laid a solid foundation for the sustainable and healthy development of the company through early response, active communication and coordination of various project units, designing and consulting units and the home office of the company.
huang qun raised four requirements for the thoughts and measures of the early works in the future: 1. the approved target tasks of 2012 shall be completed; 2. the approved plan reporting to the national energy bureau for 2013 shall be prepared actively; 3. the early works of large projects shall be conducted actively; and 4. the establishment of the projects put into operation in 2013 shall be completed through cooperation.
the responsible persons of the related departments of the home office of china longyuan and affiliated units of the company attended the meeting also.
