from sept. 5 to 6, china longyuan power held its first program for internal training lecturers in beijing and over 40 excellent staffs of the company system had attended this training program. ms. wang li, assistant to the company’s president and chief of hr department, participated in the opening ceremony.
she introduced the company’s training system and emphasized the significance of building the team of internal training lecturer. meanwhile, she required internal training lecturers to have strong sense of responsibility as well as the abilities of communication and coordination, stimulating others, diagnosing and solving problems.

plan courses carefully
hr department of the company communicated with various training institutions and teachers, gave auditions to teachers and exchanged ideas in a timely way. one professional teacher from guangzhou and shanghai respectively had been chosen through investigation and comparison. one is to teach course design, and the other is to teach course techniques.
the name list of candidate internal training lecturers are defined by choosing talents from the corporation’s talent pool, award winners of skill competition, and guodian 168 talents. they are mainly the excellent management staffs and technical experts inside the corporation who have solid theoretical basis, rich work experience and proper age.
before the start of the program, hr department also organized some learners to communicate with the teachers by telephone so that training demand could be defined and the training could be carried out properly. hr department made good preparations for the meeting carefully. for instance, the venue was arranged in the shape of an island and each learner wore a badge on his/her chest. as a result, full preparations had enabled the training to be carried out with high quality.
in pursuit of practical effect of the training
the two-day training program covers many aspect including course skills, communication and exchange, class control, courseware preparation, and course design. using the shortest time, the teachers had demonstrated the critical skills to be a qualified internal training lecturer. therefore, the course had been carried out with prominent effect and had been positively recognized by the learners.
the program has five achievements as follows: firstly, the training idea has been enhanced.
the learners have learned knowledge concerning new training idea, psychology and physiology. through the study of adult’s learning mode and features, the learners have advanced from the training at consciousness level to that of unconsciousness and subconsciousness so that the former teacher-center mode of teaching has been changed to that of student-center; secondly, the course has been carried out with more skills.
in the training, the lecturers had taught various course skills to the learners of internal training lecturer. as a result, their course skills have been enriched in the following aspects: course interaction, atmosphere control, method of case study, method of using video material, and role play; thirdly, the learners have improved their ability of language use. through professional mode of language organization, the teachers helped the learners grasp structural language. in addition, they made those learners who cannot express themselves freely understand that anyone could can express themselves freely and wonderfully so long as they made careful preparations and made good use of the skills of language organization; fourthly, courseware preparation focuses on structured courseware. modern teaching cannot go without courseware. the learners have made significant progress in courseware design through evaluating this kind of example teaching, designing teaching syllabus in practice as well using structured course design. lastly, the investigation of training demand and evaluation has been improved. through learning training investigation and training evaluation specifically as well as teacher’s presentation of examples, the learners have greatly enhanced their recognition of investigation of and evaluation of training demand.
