on july 17-18, 2012 wind power operation inspection skill competition of china guodian corporation was held in tianjin dagang. vice president of china guodian corporation and party group member yang haibin, deputy chairman of chinese energy chemistry union wang shuqiang attended the closing ceremony and made speech. party group secretary huang qun, disciplinary inspection group leader and labor union chairman he shen was present at the competition.
84 competitors of 28 representative teams from 10 subsidiaries and branches of china guodian corporation participated in this competition. this was the largest wind power operation inspection skill competition in terms of the scale and the number of competitors among the three competitions launched by china guodian corporation. the competition included two segments, theory test and practical fan operation, which emphasized testing competitors’ mastery of wind power farm safety, operation & maintenance, and wind power technology & development, and practical performing ability of site operation, equipment inspection and fault treatment, etc. the competition was quite close to production practice, and scrupulously and carefully organized, with talents standing out. based on strict review of judging panel, 10 companies including jiangsu longyuan wind power co., ltd were listed in the top ten teams. gao zhenyu, li jinhua and hui xiaowen were conferred the “technical experts of central enterprises” award by state-owned assets supervision and administration commission. as the organizer, china longyuan power won “contribution award”; guodian technology & environment group, tianjin longyuan wind power, guodian hefeng wind power development co., ltd won “outstanding organization award”.
at the closing ceremony, yang haibin congratulated on units and individuals who won in this competition. he pointed out the following three points: 1) in the face of current wind power development, the principle of “benefit first” shall be adhered to; to plan scientifically and lay out reasonably, and unswervingly accelerate wind power development and build leading position of wind power by optimizing wind power layout, deepening preliminary work and innovate core technology; 2) to compete in management, technology, quantity of electricity and benefit by launching labor competition activity in china guodian corporation, build wind power benchmark enterprise, tamp management foundation, enhance market awareness and realize synchronous development of scale and benefit; 3) to strengthen construction of highly skilled personnel and increase core competitiveness of group by improving cultivation, evaluation and incentive mechanism of skilled personnel team.
during the competition, yang haibin group came to mapengkou wind power farm of tianjin longyuan in dagang; he directed and conveyed greetings to competitor teams operating practically, asked in detail the competition questions and the required task of zero defect management; meanwhile, he expressed affirmation on the steadfast and careful professional spirit of the competitors, encouraged them to root in grass roots, hone technology and make unremitting efforts to build china guodian corporation a first-class comprehensive power group. in central control room, yang haibin carefully asked about electric energy production, investment scale and production & management, watched the process of practical operation by safety production monitoring system and gave full appreciation on organization of the competition.
meanwhile, yang haibin group listened to working report on production & management and labor union of china longyuan power, affirmed its achievement in various aspects and required china longyuan power to continue playing the leading industry role and make great contributions to cultivation of technical personnel in wind power field, and development of new energy industry.
