during april 17 and 18, china longyuan power held 2012 safety production working conference and q1 2012 economic activity analysis conference. president of longyuan power xie changjun and vice president, fei zhi attended the conference.
the conference informed the safety production and infrastructure safety conditions of 2011, and 2012 q1 safety production and economic activity analysis; meanwhile, it commended advanced units and individuals in safety production of 2011. related departments of the headquarter and participating units summarized the safety production and enterprise management in 2011 and q1 2012, and exchanged their experience; also, they analyzed the current main problems in safety production and enterprise management, and deployed the key emphasis of 2012.
in the summary speech, xie changjun pointed out that 2012 was the “safety production and management year” of the company; each unit should attach great importance to safety production and enterprise management; key emphasis of safety production in 2012 was to strengthen the responsibility awareness and comprehensively improve management level to ensure steady safety production situation. accordingly, xie changjun put forward four requirements: 1) to strengthen safety management and ensure the safety production controllable and under control; 2) to strengthen power generation management and guarantee the completion of power generation task of the whole year; 3) to strengthen ability building and improve professional quality of production staff; 4) to intensify implementation and comprehensively improve basic management level.
on the company management, xie changjun expressed that special attention should be paid to the following aspects: 1) to do production and infrastructure well and spare no efforts to guarantee the power generation; 2) to take various measures and actively tackle wind power consumption; 3) to strengthen management and perfect biomass power generation operation situation; 4) to reduce cost, increase efficiency and enhance company profitability; 5) to optimize layout and improve quality of preliminary work.
fei zhi said in his speech that facing with the negative situations such as difficult safety management, deteriorating power limit, more strict net requirements and difficult operation of biomass enterprises, we should clearly recognize the situation, really enhance the senses of responsibility and urgency for safety production. in 2012, each unit should carry out responsibility, intensify measures and do solid job in safety production of 2012.
