evaluated and approved by state commission for construction quality award, two projects of longyuan power, hebei company’s zhuzixia （49.5mw） and jiangsu company’s first phase extension program （100.5mw） of second phase wind power concession project, won silver medal of national excellent project award. it’s their second time to win a national prize after being granted the “china power quality engineering award”.
through process control and the mutual effort of supervision, design and construction units, zhuzixia project strictly followed related regulation in execution and acceptance check organizations, and carried out competition to achieve an overall improvement on project quality. it completed 59 unit projects with an excellent rate on construction of 95% and an excellent rate on installation of 100%, saving rmb 56.42 million yuan than budget authorization.
rudong phase 2 wind power concession project is the first accomplished wind power (megawatt) concession project in china. based on the geological trait of soft coastal mud flat, it tackled numbers of technology problems. besides, during the construction process, it technologically optimized transportation and cable arrangement and other related issues successfully. the “basic design optimization plan on large wtg for coastal mud flat soft foundation” applied during the construction has been granted the third prize of science and technology progress award by guodian corporation.
