on june 23, china longyuan power group co., ltd. held a training program on listed maintenance and connected transaction management of 2011 at its headquarters. board secretary jia nansong attended the training and made a speech. a total of close to 60 people participated in this training activity. the attendees came from the departments under the headquarters and its subordinate units.
during the training, jia nansong made a summary of the corporation’s work in 2010 and read out the decision on commending the advanced units and individuals for their hard work in listed maintenance and connected transaction management of 2010. jia also offered guiding opinions to the future work. besides, the overseas counsel of the corporation gave an elaboration of the changed rules of the relevant security regulator from hong kong. he also organized the attendees to study the implementation of the listed maintenance work, including connected transaction and information disclosure. on the basis of the company’s development plan, he made a good communication with those participating in the training on how to carry out the related work in future.
this training program helped the workers in the firm strengthen their awareness of maintaining the image of the listed company and make various departments and units have a better understanding of the listing rules. furthermore, during the training, the labor division of the major works in 2011 was made clear.
