on the afternoon of june 29, china longyuan power group corporation ltd. convened an experience-exchange meeting to encourage its employees to work harder and better. this activity was conducted to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the cpc. more than 460 people took part in the meeting, including the members of the company’s leadership team, secretary of the party committee, and representatives of the party members.
at the meeting, an oath-taking ceremony was held for 18 new party members who came from the headquarters and its subordinated units in beijing. also, commendation was given to six party committees, 11 party branches, 51 party members and 12 party workers for their excellent performances in the period between 2010 and 2011. besides, representatives from the party committee of zhongneng power-tech development co., ltd. and shenyang longyuan wind power co., ltd. on behalf of the advanced grass-roots party organizations delivered speeches for exchange of work experience. wang chengkai from the headquarters also made such a speech on behalf of the excellent party members.
the meeting reviewed the 90 years’ development of the cpc and called on all the party members to firmly take the socialist road with distinct chinese characteristics and unhesitatingly throw themselves into the new energy cause. on the basis of the confirmation of the party building work in recent years and integrating the activities of striving for excellence, the meeting put forth the clear requirements of further strengthening and improving the party building work of the company. first, efforts should be made to strengthen the concept to create an atmosphere of hard work within the company and its subordinated units. the party organizations and party members should play a leading role in this regard. second, taking the opportunity of celebrating the 90th anniversary of the cpc, efforts should be made to find the problems, work out the corresponding solutions and do well in promoting the party building work in various aspects. third, efforts should also be made to take an overall consideration of various works and effectively display the role of individuals in practice so as to help them promote each other and improve together. in this way, the company can develop in a scientific way.
according to the meeting, the party organizations at various levels under the company should earnestly and actively promote the spirit of the meeting in practice. based on the deployments and requirements of the higher-level units and the reality itself, each unit should continue advancing the activity of striving for excellence among the staff so as to constantly open a new situation for the reform and development of the company and its party building work.
