from june 8 to 9, china longyuan power group corporation ltd. held its work meeting on the safety and quality of project construction in beijing. leaders as follows attended the meeting, xie changjun, gm of the company, huang qun, secretary of party leadership group, tian shicun, inspector of the company, zhang yuan and fei zhi, deputy gm of the company. xie changjun made a summary speech; huang qun’s speech was on strengthening the clean and self-disciplinary administration so as to ensure the safety of project construction; zhang yuan and fei zhi delivered special reports respectively on the safety and quality of project construction as well as the operation situations of wind farm equipment.
mr. xie said the lifeblood of a power generation enterprise’ sustainable development was project construction, which was the critical chain of an enterprise’s production and operation. in line with the great changes in and outside the company in recent years, the group has kept adjusting its development strategy, sped up its development pace and realized a successive and rapid synchronous increase of the installation and economic return. especially project construction has played a significant role: firstly, it has contributed to the leading position of wind power installation in recent years; secondly, it has made good economic return; thirdly, it has enabled the company to enter new field; fourthly, it has built the brand of china longyuan power and finally it has trained a large group of talents of management and technology.
mr. xie said that although we had made some proud achievements, there still existed some prominent contradictions and difficulties, such as those in the field of safety and quality as follows: firstly, it was to strengthen the sense of safety and quality; secondly, it was to pay more attention to the clean project construction; thirdly, it was to implement a deeper and more detailed work of the preliminary stage of projects; fourthly, it was to further standardize the construction management; finally, there were still some hidden hazards of equipment quality.
mr. xie proposed four requirements on the safety and quality of project construction: firstly, it was to strengthen the management so as to ensure project safety completely; secondly, it was to implement a detailed and concise work so as to improve the quality of project construction; thirdly, it was to carry out innovations bravely so as to enhance the management of project construction continuously; fourthly, it was to overcome difficulties so as to guarantee the production objective of this year.
mr. huang put forward three requirements on strengthening a clean and self-disciplinary administration to ensure the safety of project construction and the smooth progress of project construction: firstly, it was to enhance our understanding and give priority to the building of a clean project construction; secondly, company leaders should treat their rights correctly; thirdly, it was to fully carry out the building of a clean party spirit in the field of project construction.
