on may 17, 2011, china longyuan power held its first session of 2011project construction coordinating videophone meeting. the meeting was presided over by zhang yuan, deputy gm of the company and xie changjun, gm of the company delivered an important speech.
at the meeting, the engineering construction department of china longyuan power issued a circular on the engineering construction of wind power projects in the company system since the beginning of this year. meanwhile, five subsidiaries including xing’anling （yichun）wind power generation co., ltd. also made their communication speeches.
zhang yuan proposed three requirements on project construction: firstly, it was imperative for each company to intensify workforce and speed up the tempo of its construction; secondly, it was imperative to strengthen quality supervision so as to guarantee project quality; lastly, it was to fortify the management of project contract and site.
in his speech, xie changjun pointed out that through the diligent work of each project company and functional department, china longyuan power maintained the rapid development since the beginning of this year. however, the company should be soberly aware that there were some restricting factors at present. therefore he put forward six requirements on next step’s work: first, it was to strengthen our confidence and intensify further our work so as to enable projects to be reviewed and approved as scheduled; second, it was to highlight focuses and solve the problems concerning forest and land acquisition as well as power transmission lines fundamentally; third, it was to reasonably arrange the construction schedule and ensure capital supply; fourth, it was to further optimize operation awarding methods and increase the strength of awarding; fifth, it was to ensure the task of starting operation could be completed and except specific companies, most companies should ensure that new projects would be put into production within this year; lastly, it was to further strengthen project audit supervision, strictly execute systems and build projects which were both honest and environment-friendly.
leaders from relevant apartments and units based in beijing of china longyuan power attended the meeting in the main venue while leaders and duty personnel from each unit and relevant apartments participated in the meeting in sub-venues.
