on the morning of may 10, the company entered into a new energy resources strategic cooperation agreement with chuzhou city in lai’an county. leaders as follows attended the signing ceremony: xie changjun, gm of the company, huang qun, secretary of the party leadership group of the company, zhu yemu, vice director of the development and reform commission of anhui province and chief of the energy bureau of anhui province, jiang shan, vice secretary of the municipal committee of the cpc of chuzhou city and mayor of chuzhou, yuan hua, vice secretary of the municipal committee of the cpc of chuzhou city and executive vice mayor of chuzhou city, wang yue, secretary general of chuzhou municipal government, and duty leaders of relevant departments at provincial, municipal and county levels. on behalf of both sides, huang qun and yuan hua signed the agreement.
in his speech at the signing ceremony, xie changjun said that as a leading renewable power generation corporation, state-holding enterprise and listed company in hong kong, which considered its brand as its life, china longyuan power attached great importance to the cooperation with anhui province and chuzhou city. the company would keep its promise and with the support of local governments, it would finish 1000mw wind power projects in chuzhou within three years. in addition, it would promote a wider and deeper cooperation with the city so as to make its contribution to the city’s leap-forward development as well as to a prosperous city.
at the signing ceremony, yuan hua said that wind power development was not only one of the highlights of the construction of new energy industry in the city’s “twelfth five-year plan”, but also the company’s important wind power development area in anhui province. she asked all the relevant cities, districts and departments to fully coordinate with each other so as to continue to do a good work of support and service. therefore, they should give support to the company in issues concerning planning, land, environment and project review and approval in order to ensure the project could be completed and put into production to make benefits as soon as possible.
