on april 26, the company held the videophone conference on the analysis of the economic activities in the first quarter of 2011. general manager of the company xie changjun attended the conference and delivered an important speech；with the conference chaired by secretary of party leadership group of the company huang qun； and leaders of the company tian shicun, zhang yuan, li hongmei and fei zhi were present.

xie pointed out at the concluding speech that in the first quarter of this year, the company generally operated well, with profit basically rising with time, but such problems as wind power output restriction, financing cost and increasing difficulty in financing are challenging, which shall be attached great importance in the company system.
for the next business work, xie put forward the following six requirements: firstly, to give priority to coping with power rationing; secondly, to strengthen the management over equipment operation to raise generating efficiency; thirdly, to speed up the project construction to ensure the operation of the project on schedule; fourthly, to enhance capital management in an effort to achieve the goal of "maintain development and increase effectiveness"; fifthly, to intensify production management to raise the operating standard of other new energy; and sixthly, to intensify the security work in every respect to make sure of the operating efficiency of the enterprise.
