recently, the "subject study on the construction of party organization of new energy enterprises" jointly hosted by longyuan power group, gd power development corporation, northern china grid corporation and guodian electronics group is intensively being conducted with substantive results achieved.
the work is aimed to better adjust to the new characteristics and new requirements of the current development of new energy enterprises, practically tackle the physical problems the party organization construction of new energy enterprises facing, strengthen and improve the party organization construction of new energy enterprises, give fully play to the positive roles of party organization and promote the smooth implementation of the strategic principle of "making great efforts to develop new energy to guide the transformation of new energy enterprises".
to guarantee the survey is orderly carried out, the subject team held the first conference at the 22nd -floor meeting room of longyuan power group, which was chaired by head of the subject team and party secretary of the group huang qun, with deputy director of the political work department of china guodian group xiong xinqin and party secretary of china guodian group zhu yueliang present. the conference specified the overall scheme and requirements,the key points of work in each phase, division of labour and responsibilities of personnel and deadline in the survey and arranged such contents as guiding ideology, purpose, approaches, starting point, objective and survey anticipation.
the survey is mainly carried out in the forms of questionnaires, on-site survey, analysis and discussion and research report, with questionnaires distributed to 42 new energy enterprises in the china guodian system, of which 80% of the party members and 60% of the masses have taken part in the questionnaires. on-site survey has been applied to eight enterprises including the new energy power corporation of china guodian group in shanxi, the wind power corporation of longyuan power in heilongjiang province, the wind power corporation of china guodian group in wuchuan, inner mongolia and the guodian united power technology company (lianyungang) mainly to know about the six aspects of the basic information of the setting up of party organization of enterprises and management and selection of party members, the operating mechanism of party affairs and personnel allocation, highlights and distinguishing features of party construction, existing problems party construction facing and opinions and suggestions of strengthening and improving the party construction of new energy enterprises in the new situation. based on the preliminarily summaried information, plenty of matter-of-fact basic information has been offered by the surveyed entities to the survey team to have really reflected their own opinions and suggestions and real feelings and presented the close attention and earnest expectation to intensifying and improving the party organization construction of new energy enterprises as well as great devotion to the new energy and their own enterprises. the questionnaires and on-site survey have achieved the anticipated results to have laid a foundation of the compilation of research report in the next phase.
