"the occupational skill testing authority station for special vocations, i.e., the national occupational skill testing authority station of guodian longyuan for wind power generation” has been officially established with the approval of the ministry of human resources and social security and with the reply of the occupational skill testing authority center for the electric power industry. it is the first occupational skill testing authority station for the wind power industry in china, which is subject to the administration of the occupational skill testing authority center of china guodian corporation.
the testing targets of the testing authority station for wind power generation are staffs who are engaged in the operation, maintenance and check of the equipments of wind power generation for grid connection. at present, it may organize the testing of occupational skills of the workers with the primary, medium and advanced level, who are in charge of the check and maintenance of the operation of the wind power generation, the check and maintenance of generators, transformers and the electrical test. in addition, it may be involved in the testing of the relevant occupational technicians and senior technicians under the guidance of the occupational skill testing authority center of china guodian corporation.
as a pioneer of the wind power industry, china longyuan power has always kept its leading role in the integration of strategies, management and profits. the establishment of the testing authority station signals the full initiation of the implementation of the system of occupational qualification and the employment access system for the special vocations in the wind power industry. it also indicates that china longyuan power has made a solid progress in the formalization of the employers in the wind power industry and in the socialization of occupational skill testing. meanwhile, it plays a significant role in the improvement of the occupational qualification of the employers, in the fortification of the safety management, in the enhancement of equipment testing and operation and in the promotion of the sound development of the occupational testing work of the wind power industry in china.
